New Miley Cyrus video came out and people are complaining that it's too "Racy." I am not going to say yes it is, or no it's not. I remember when a little girl named Britney Spears was 16, and she made this video....
Now, Miley is 17, will be 18 in like a month, hmmmmmm....Who else is torn?
