You should not dress up your pets for Halloween. Actually, you should never dress up your pet for anything. If you do this to your pets, something may be wrong upstairs.

Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt did not attend her sister Holly Montag's 26th birthday party because "Heidi only goes places if she is getting paid."

Someone at the birthday party said this..... "Holly was really wishing that her sister could just be a sister and stop by her birthday party…I mean, this is her sister and she wouldn't even show up without a fee. That's disgusting."
